Of course, you can leave your baggage till your final departure in our baggage room. Please note that we are not liable for any damage or loss.

Gladly we welcome you also for breakfast if you are not a guest at our hotel. Please reserve a table with us in time. External guests have breakfast with us for 15.00 € per person.

Of course, we consider gladly special dietary requirements e.g. gluten- or lactose-free diets, after prior arrangement.

Yes, the newest generation of high-quality bedding has a down character, is however made for hypo-allergy.

Due to the castle history we are protected as a monument, so that there is not the possibility to build a lift. Naturally we will gladly help with the luggage.

We do not have a classical restaurant operation, but we offer drinks and small dishes, which we will gladly serve you until 21:30.

Yes, you have the possibility to store bicycles in our lockable, dry premises.

Unfortunately not, because the entire hotel and all rooms are non-smoking areas. Of course, you may smoke on the grounds outside. Here are also ashtrays available for you.

Yes, each room features a mini bar equipped with soft drinks and a small selection of alcoholic beverages, each for a charge.

Yes, of course, you can leave it here in the luggage station (we do not take liability for damages and loss).

We offer breakfast buffet from 8.00 – 10.00 – or as individually agreed. Please contact us.

It is possible also to have breakfast if I am no guest of the hotel?
Of course we also welcome external guests, but please inform us in advance to ensure that we have sufficient capacities. The price is 19,99 € per person.

Do you also have prodcuts free of lactose and gluten?
Of course we are pleased to correspond to special needs and demands as f.e. lactose and gluten-free products, if we get any information in advance.

Are the bed outfits suitable for allergic persons?
Yes, the very new generation of bed coverings and outfits provide a downy feeling but are suitable for persons suffering of allergies.

Is there an elevator in your hotel?
Due to the historical background of our house it is not possible to install an elevator. Of course we can help you with your luggage.

Is it possible to eat in your hotel?
We do not have a restaurant in our house, but we are pleased to offer you drinks and a selection of snacks until 21.00. At the reception we have a list of recommended restaurants in den near surrounding and their menu cards.

Do you have a garage where to place my bicycle?
Yes, you have the possibility to store your bicycle in a lockable and dry garage.

Im I allowed to smoke in your hotel?
We are sorry but the whole hotel and all rooms are non-smoker areas. Of course you can smoke outside where you will also find ashtrays as well as on the room balconies.
